YUM!

Talk about the PERFECT FAll bread! & Boy does it smell good in the oven!!!! It’s super easy and super moist!

I originally Pinned this recipe from Chef In Training & decided yesterday it was time to try it. & Man oh Man am I glad I did! It makes two loaves and there is only 1 loaf left this morning!

This is what I used:

  • 3 1/3 C. Flour
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 2/3 C. Sugar
  • 2/3 C. Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Pumpkin
  • 2/3 C. Water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

This is how I did it:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. In a medium bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after adding each egg.
  5. Add pumpkin and mix well.
  6. Alternate adding dry ingredients with water. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into greased bread pans and bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Seriously? Chocolate, Pumpkin…. how can you go wrong for October???!!!

Let me know how you like it!
